Brittle Plastic? Meet MMX Billet AC Caps.

Welcome to the MMX billet aluminium Air Conditioning cap set designed to replace the factory-fitted plastic caps found on a all BMW and MINI models. Often overlooked, these small components are prone to becoming brittle with age, heat and repeated removal, leading to cracking, poor sealing and an untidy engine bay.

Machined from high-quality 6061-T6 aluminium and finished in anodised black, our AC caps offer a durable and visually refined alternative to the OE parts. Each cap features a subtle engraved MMX ‘X’ logo and is hand-polished to match the rest of our billet aluminium dress up range.

We offer direct replacements for both the original black and grey coloured OEM plastic caps. This ensures compatibility with older R134A systems using the black caps, as well as newer R1234YF systems fitted with grey caps from circa 2017 onwards.

Designed as a direct OEM replacement, the caps are pre-sealed for quick and straightforward installation, requiring no modification. They can also be removed and returned to stock in seconds.
